Deborah Salazar

Owner & Director, Thoughtful Nursing Academy

Deborah Salazar began her healthcare journey as a caregiver and went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, becoming a Registered Nurse and Certified Dementia Practitioner. With over a decade of experience and as founder of Thoughtful Home Care, Inc., she now leads Thoughtful Nursing Academy, sharing her knowledge to educate and inspire the next generation of caregivers and nurses.
